How Lunar Letter creates readings

NEW FILES / RECENTLY OPENED

Lunar Letter brings several systems into one archive, but it does not treat them as interchangeable evidence. Astrology and Bazi begin with calendar and position calculations. Self assessments begin with the answers a person gives. Tarot begins with a visible draw and a stated question. Manifestation tools organize language, attention, and chosen action. The method for each result should remain legible from input to output.

This page explains what is calculated, what is interpreted, where precision can be lost, and which claims Lunar Letter deliberately does not make. It is a practical accountability document rather than a promise that symbolic systems can diagnose a person or guarantee an event.

01

A shared rule: preserve the source data

Every result should retain the inputs and normalized data that produced it. Dates are stored in an unambiguous form, time zones are resolved before astronomical positions are calculated, and unknown information is represented as unknown rather than silently replaced with certainty. A readable interpretation can simplify technical output, but it must not quietly change the underlying values.

When a shorter tool and a longer report use the same method, they should read from the same calculation object. That is why a Big Three result must agree with the Sun, Moon, and Ascendant shown in the full natal chart, and why a paid report should not invent a different sign or house placement simply to create more copy.

02

Astrology calculations and precision

Natal astrology uses birth date, local time, birthplace coordinates, time-zone history, and daylight-saving rules to establish one moment in Universal Time. Planetary longitudes can then be calculated from an ephemeris. Houses, the Ascendant, Midheaven, and other angles depend strongly on time and location, so an unknown birth time cannot support exact houses or angles.

Lunar Letter distinguishes calculation from interpretation. A planet's longitude, sign, speed, house, and angular relationships are technical outputs. The language used to discuss identity, needs, timing, or relationships is symbolic interpretation. Orbs, house system, supported points, and missing-time limitations should be disclosed wherever they materially change a result.

03

Synastry and relationship astrology

Synastry compares two natal charts. Planet-to-planet aspects can be compared when both dates are known; house overlays and angles require reliable birth times. A composite chart is a separate midpoint technique that describes a symbolic relationship chart. Lunar Letter does not label a relationship good or bad from one aspect, and it does not use astrology to claim knowledge of another person's private thoughts or consent.

Relationship interpretation looks for repeated themes across emotional rhythm, communication, attraction, responsibility, conflict, and repair. The chart can help name a pattern worth discussing. It cannot establish safety, honesty, compatibility in practice, or whether someone will remain in a relationship. Those questions require behavior, communication, and context outside the chart.

04

Bazi and calendar method

Bazi organizes a birth moment into year, month, day, and hour pillars, each made of a Heavenly Stem and Earthly Branch. Calendar conversion, solar terms, local time, and the rule used around day and hour boundaries can alter a chart. Lunar Letter documents those boundaries and avoids presenting a simple element count as a complete Four Pillars reading.

Interpretation begins with season, the Day Master, visible and hidden stems, element relationships, combinations, clashes, and timing cycles. English explanations are written for accessibility, but the traditional structure is not reduced to personality labels. Cultural and technical uncertainty should be named rather than covered with confident language.

05

Self assessments

A self assessment summarizes the answers given in that session. Attachment reflection, for example, scores anxiety and avoidance as separate dimensions before describing a leaning profile. The result is not a clinical diagnosis, an official attachment classification, or proof about another person's behavior. It is a structured mirror for patterns the respondent recognizes in their own answers.

Question wording, response scale, score transformation, dimension thresholds, and limitations should remain stable enough that a saved result can be understood later. Lunar Letter does not imply official MBTI affiliation. Big Five material describes broad trait dimensions. Safety notes direct users toward qualified care when a concern exceeds the purpose of a reflective website.

06

Tarot and manifestation

Tarot readings begin with a question, a documented card draw, orientation, spread position, and visible card imagery. Interpretations distinguish observation from inference and avoid presenting a card as verified knowledge of someone else's mind. A useful reading widens the question, identifies choices, and returns attention to evidence and agency.

Manifestation tools are language and attention practices. An affirmation counter measures taps; a future letter changes perspective; a vision board gathers cues; none guarantees an external outcome. Generated writing should respect consent, avoid medical or financial promises, and pair aspiration with actions and review points that the user can actually observe.

07

Editorial review and corrections

Generated or assisted drafts are checked against the structured calculation and the product's stated scope. Editorial review looks for contradictions, unsupported precision, repeated filler, privacy problems, and claims that exceed a symbolic or reflective method. Product pages state required inputs, price, format, delivery expectation, and sample availability before checkout.

Substantive changes receive an updated date. Typographical edits do not justify pretending that an article has been newly researched. Corrections should preserve the reason for the change in source history. Questions about a method, result, order, or correction can be sent to support@lunarletters.net.

Questions about this subject

Does Lunar Letter claim that readings predict the future?

No. Astrology, Bazi, Tarot, and manifestation content is framed for symbolic, educational, entertainment, and reflective use rather than guaranteed prediction.

What happens when a birth time is unknown?

Unsupported houses, angles, and time-sensitive Moon positions are removed or clearly qualified. A default time is not presented as exact.

Are self-assessment results clinical diagnoses?

No. They organize self-reported answers and include limitations. They do not replace a licensed clinician or formal assessment.
