How to Write Grounded Affirmations
Direct, transitional, grounded, identity-based, and situation-specific affirmations.
An affirmation becomes stronger when it is believable enough to practice. If the sentence is too far from the person's current reality, it may create resistance rather than support.
Transitional affirmations use language such as I am learning, I am becoming more willing, or I can allow myself to notice. Grounded affirmations connect the sentence to a behavior: I can protect my stability while testing a new direction.
Custom affirmation work becomes paid when it uses the customer's specific goal, resistance, preferred tone, words to avoid, usage context, and review period.
