Digital report orders
Because Lunar Letter reports are custom digital products, refunds depend on the status of the order.
If you paid by mistake and no custom work has started, contact us as soon as possible with your PayPal order ID and the product name.
When refunds may be available
A refund may be available if duplicate payment was made, the wrong product was purchased and work has not started, or we cannot deliver the report for a reason within our control.
When refunds may not be available
Refunds may not be available after a customized PDF has been prepared or delivered, unless there is a clear delivery failure or another issue required by applicable consumer protection law.
Refund decisions do not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law or payment-platform rules.
How to request
Email contact@lunarletters.net with your name, PayPal order ID, product purchased, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.
