Payment is handled through PayPal. Lunar Letter does not collect or store your full card number or PayPal password.

How we use information

We use submitted information to prepare your digital report, respond to customer support requests, confirm orders, prevent abuse, and improve the clarity of the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information to make legal, medical, employment, credit, insurance, or similarly significant decisions.

Analytics and advertising

At launch, the static site does not run advertising pixels or third-party behavioral advertising tracking.

If analytics or advertising tools are added later, the cookie notice and this policy should be updated before use, and non-essential tracking should require a clear consent choice where required by law.

Retention and deletion

Order information and submitted reading details should be kept only as long as needed to deliver the report, handle refunds or disputes, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information, subject to legitimate business, tax, accounting, dispute, security, or legal retention needs.

Security

No website or email system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Please do not submit emergency information, passwords, government identity numbers, full payment card details, or highly sensitive material that is not needed for the report.
