Order, report, and refund help

If your question is about a PayPal payment, missing report, delivery issue, duplicate charge, or refund request, include your PayPal transaction ID, product name, purchase date, and the delivery email used at checkout.

If you were charged but your order is not visible, please contact support@lunarletters.net and include your PayPal transaction ID.

Privacy and data requests

For privacy requests, write 'Privacy Request' in the subject line and describe whether you want access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or another action regarding your submitted information.

Email safety

Lunar Letter will never ask for your password, verification code, full payment card details, CVV, PayPal password, or bank login details by email.

Business details

Lunar Letter is an online digital self-reflection report service. Payments are processed through PayPal, and the merchant information shown by PayPal during checkout or on the PayPal receipt identifies the payment account used for the transaction.
